General & Appointments

How can I request an appointment?
You can request an appointment easily by using our Online Booking Form, calling our office at +91 98260 54001, or sending a message on WhatsApp.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer the slot to patients waiting for treatment.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your dental insurance card, and any recent dental X-rays (taken within the past 6 months) if you have them.
Do you accept dental insurance?
Yes, we work with most major PPO dental insurance providers. We will help you file claims and verify coverage before your treatment begins.

Treatments & Procedures

Does a root canal treatment hurt?
No, getting a root canal is virtually painless. We use modern local anesthetics to completely numb the area, feeling no different than a standard cavity filling.
How long do dental implants take from start to finish?
The entire implant process typically takes between 3 to 6 months. This timeline allows the titanium post to fuse securely with your jawbone (osseointegration) before fitting the permanent crown.
What are clear aligners, and are they better than braces?
Clear aligners are custom-made, transparent plastic trays that shift teeth without brackets or wires. They are removable and virtually invisible. While excellent for cosmetic issues, traditional braces may still be recommended for severe bite misalignments.
Is professional teeth whitening safe for my enamel?
Yes, professional teeth whitening uses clinically tested, pH-balanced gels that safely lift organic stains without weakening or damaging your enamel.
What is a Smile Makeover?
A Smile Makeover is a personalized combination of cosmetic procedures (veneers, crowns, whitening, contouring) designed to fully restore and beautify the appearance of your smile based on your facial structure.
How often should I get my teeth cleaned professionally?
We recommend a professional cleaning and clinical examination every 6 months to prevent plaque from hardening into stubborn tartar.
What is the difference between a crown and a bridge?
A crown is a protective cap placed over a damaged tooth. A bridge is a fixed restoration that replaces one or more fully missing teeth, utilizing surrounding teeth as support anchors.
How long do porcelain veneers last?
With proper hygiene, regular cleanings, and avoiding biting on hard objects, premium porcelain veneers can easily last 10 to 15 years, and often longer.
At what age should children first visit the dentist?
Children should have their first dental visit by their first birthday, or within 6 months of their first baby tooth appearing, to establish a preventive routine.
What should I do if I have a knocked-out tooth?
Find the tooth, hold it only by the crown (do not touch the root), rinse it gently with milk or water, place it back in the socket or store it in a cup of milk, and seek emergency dental care within 1 hour.
What are wisdom teeth, and do they always need extraction?
Wisdom teeth are the third molars that erupt in late adolescence. They do not always require extraction unless they are impacted, cause pain, crowd adjacent teeth, or develop decay.

Financials & Emergencies

Do you offer payment plans or financing options?
Yes, we offer flexible interest-free EMI payment plans and partner with leading healthcare finance providers to help spread the cost of cosmetic and restorative treatments.
What counts as a dental emergency?
Dental emergencies include severe tooth pain, swelling of the gums or face, a knocked-out tooth, structural tooth fractures, or a lost crown/filling that causes extreme sensitivity.
How much do dental implants cost?
The cost of dental implants varies depending on the need for bone grafting, extractions, and the final material selected. We provide a complete, transparent fee breakdown during your initial CBCT consultation.
Do you offer sedation options for nervous patients?
Yes, we offer nitrous oxide ("laughing gas") and oral conscious sedation to ensure highly anxious patients can receive treatment in complete peace.
What is a dry socket, and how is it prevented?
Dry socket occurs if the protective blood clot in a tooth extraction site dissolves, exposing nerves. Prevent this by avoiding straws, smoking, spitting, and hard foods for at least 72 hours post-extraction.
